* Evaluate manufacturing quality performance capability and develop criteria to monitor and improve existing processes.
* Analyzing and documenting test results.
* Participating in problem resolution sessions.
* Generating customized quality reports upon request.
* Good knowledge and experience about quality concepts and standards.
* Analytical and mathematical skills are very important.
* Good knowledge about defect lifecycle, and testing procedures.
* Problem solver with a positive attitude and ability to interact with the team.
* Good knowledge about CMMI is a plus
